Require reviewer approval for schema deploys

Every deploy request must be approved by a database reviewer other than the person who opened it.

Restrict branch regions

Limit branch creation to the GCP europe-west4 region.

Allow browser query editor on production branches

Data-sensitive features

These controls change what query text and row data Basalt stores on your behalf. Turning one on keeps sampled payloads for up to 30 days.

Store the full text of slow queries so they can be replayed from Insights. Literal values are kept.

Replace numbers and strings with ? before a statement leaves the cluster.

Record which credential wrote each row. Adds roughly 6% to storage on write-heavy branches.
