Our story
When we opened in 2011, we took the awkward route on purpose. We wanted a search that answered to the person travelling rather than to whoever paid most for the top slot — so we built one, and we have kept pulling it apart every year since.
The same rule still holds. Every fare, every rail leg and every room we surface is ordered on what it costs you and how long it takes you, and nothing else moves it up the page. No paid placement, no quiet reordering, no fees that only appear at the last screen.
