Q3 Roadmap Review

Hi everyone, I’m Priya Raghunathan, I lead product here. Today I want to walk through what we’re building between July and September, and why the order changed.

The headline is retention. In Q2 we shipped ~~sort of~~ four onboarding changes and watched week-four retention move from 31.4% to 38.9%, so we’re doubling down rather than starting something new.

Second, workspace admin. Larger teams told us um they can’t roll us out without per-drive permissions, so that work is now first in the queue instead of third.

Third, the review loop. Comments, versions and approvals live in three different places today. By September they should be one timeline that anyone can read without a walkthrough.
