A 14-day feedback window opens when a contract closes. Both sides can mark the other, and neither score is published until the window ends or both have submitted, so nobody is writing in response to a rating they have already seen.
During the feedback window the client is prompted to score the contract as part of closing it. As the specialist you can leave a review from any ended contract in your workroom.
