Common questions about conversations on Thrum

Can I run real-time and asynchronous conversations together?

Yes, and most communities end up doing both. Chat spaces keep the fast, in-the-moment threads moving; post spaces hold the longer questions that deserve a considered reply a day later.

The good part is that they live side by side. One corner of your community can be chat-first while another stays slow and threaded, and members move between them without learning anything new.

What media and attachments can members share?

Images, video, audio, PDFs, spreadsheets and links from several hundred services that unfurl into a proper preview. Individual uploads go up to 1.4 GB on paid plans.

Can my team moderate alongside me?

Add as many moderators as you need and scope each one to particular spaces. Every action is logged, so you can see who removed what and why weeks after the fact.
