The Starter plan is available to anyone with an Alcove account. Paid plans (Pro, Studio, and Enterprise) are billed per user per month. Pro and Studio can be paid monthly; Studio and Enterprise are also available on an annual agreement.
Yes. Starter includes writing help, research, and limited access to Wren 3, file uploads, and browsing. You can upgrade whenever you hit a limit, and downgrade again at the end of a billing period.
Studio workspaces support 2 to 148 seats and can be resized at any time. Enterprise has no seat ceiling and is scoped with your account team during onboarding.
Pro and Studio accept major credit and debit cards, and Studio can be paid by ACH transfer in the United States. Enterprise agreements are invoiced with net-30 terms in 14 currencies.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per workspace, and we publish an annual SOC 2 Type II report. Enterprise adds SSO, domain verification, custom retention windows, and a security review with our team.
Studio and Enterprise conversations are excluded from model training by default. On Starter and Pro you can opt out from privacy settings at any point, and the setting applies to every device on the account.
