Team gathered around a meeting table with a colleague joining on screen, by wocintechchat.com on Flickr, CC BY 2.0

Half the Warbler team on a Thursday standup, with the rest dialling in.

We want hiring (and applying) to feel like a conversation, not a queue.

Small companies are some of the most interesting places anyone will ever work. What they give up in headcount they win back in craft, purpose and a culture you can actually feel. We built a hiring platform that lets that character come through instead of flattening it.

We are a small business ourselves, so we care unreasonably about the experience on both sides of the table — the team doing the hiring and the person waiting to hear back. That has earned us words like “quirky” and “stubborn”, which we are keeping.

The Warbler team

Everyone here adds something specific to how the place feels. We are a close-knit group of designers, engineers, writers and support specialists with a shared weakness for good typography, long walks and getting back to people quickly. If that sounds like your kind of room, take a look at our open roles.
