Requests that reference a specific hardware serial or IMEI, typically raised when a device is reported lost or stolen. We return registration and repair records only.
Requests tied to a card token or transaction reference, usually part of a fraud investigation. Lumeon never stores full card numbers.
Requests for subscriber details connected to a Lumeon ID, such as the name and address on file at the time the account was created.
Requests to hold account data for up to 90 days while an agency prepares the legal process required to compel disclosure.
Requests to suspend or remove an account, most often where the account is alleged to be used for fraudulent activity.
Requests for the account associated with a push notification token supplied by the requesting agency.
Requests received when there is a credible risk of death or serious physical harm. Each one is reviewed by an on-call responder before any data is released.
Requests issued under national security authorities. Reporting is published in banded ranges and on the delay required by the governing statute.
Civil requests from individuals or organisations that are not government agencies, including subpoenas issued in private litigation.
Requests from rights holders concerning content distributed through Lumeon storefronts, including alleged infringement claims.
Requests to remove an app from a storefront, reported separately for alleged legal violations and for platform guideline violations.
