Wildmoor

About Us

Wildmoor exists to keep independent shops and the makers who supply them on even ground.

We believe the future is small

Shoppers are spending a larger share of their money within a mile of home than at any point since 2009. Roughly 4.1 million independent retailers trade across North America, Europe and Australia, and together they move a market worth several hundred billion a year. What they have never had is buying terms that match the chains. That is the gap Wildmoor was built to close.

And we are three chapters in

We started Wildmoor in 2019 with one stubborn idea: a shop with a single till should be able to buy on the same terms as a chain with 900 of them. Today it is the wholesale marketplace where 63,400 shopkeepers find the makers their high street has not met yet — with net-60 terms and returns on the first order.

Company values

Shopkeepers first

Every decision starts at the counter. We only earn when a shop sells through, which keeps us honest about what we ship, what we price and what we quietly retire.

Say the true thing

Bad news travels first here. We would rather lose an argument early than defend a number no one believes.

Own the outcome

Nobody hands off a problem at the edge of their remit. If a pallet is late in Porto, it belongs to whoever noticed it first.

Travel light

Small teams, short documents, fewer meetings. Process should be the lightest thing that still holds the weight.

Be generous

With credit, with context, with time. The people we work alongside are running businesses that fit inside one room.
