We build a studio that looks like the places our work lands. Difference isn't a box we tick — it changes the output, so we make real room for it and pay for it properly.
The easy version is usually the forgettable one. We give ideas a second and third pass, and we'd rather argue in week two than apologise in week nine.
Everyone here is mid-apprenticeship at something. We fund the learning, hand over the hard brief early, and let people outgrow the job title on the door.
We publish our pay bands, our hiring numbers and our climate footprint once a year. If a value can't be measured, it's a mood — not a value.
