What is work life like at Orrery?
Work at Orrery is flexible, deliberate and built on written context. We keep studios in Lisbon, Berlin, Dublin, Austin, Singapore and Melbourne, but you can work from wherever you do your best thinking. Everyone gets a setup stipend for the desk they actually want, and teammates in cities without a studio use the coworking benefit to stay close to other people.
How does Orrery support professional development?
Every teammate has a yearly learning budget, a named mentor outside their own team, and a standing invitation to publish. Research time is protected on the calendar, not squeezed into evenings.
What should I expect from the interview process?
Four conversations over about two weeks: an intro call, a paid work sample scoped to roughly three hours, a technical deep dive, and a session with the people you would sit beside. We send the questions ahead of time and give a decision within four days of the last round.
