We hope the 2026 Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Report helps you understand what we have done this year, and the work still ahead of us, to build a company that reflects the range of people we serve.

Self-reported categories

We recognise that age, gender, and ethnicity are imperfect categories. So we also collect self-reported data each year to better understand how Orrery employees identify. The survey is entirely optional. Of the 51% of employees who chose to identify:

32.4%

are parents

14.6%

are members of the LGBTQ+ community

1.5%

are non-binary*

1.1%

are transgender

12.7%

are persons with disabilities

1.8%

are veterans

44.9%

are first-generation**

*Non-binary data reflects the self-reporting survey population only. The non-binary data earlier in the report reflects regulatory filings.
**This data reflects our US employee population only.

Looking forward

2025 was a year of significant growth for Orrery. It came with a lot of opportunity, and a lot of experimentation. As we look ahead, 2026 is a year of continued and intentional focus on our priorities:

Deepening our core programming and investing in our employee resource groups.

Equipping our managers with the tools they need to build high-performing, inclusive teams.

Expanding pay transparency, pay fluency, and our commitment to pay equity.

Connecting our DI&B work more broadly with our environmental, social, and governance commitments.
