How can we improve Gravenhold?

I wanted to pass along some notes from setting up the team-chat integration this week.

A few specific suggestions:

  • Add a clear notice that only messages from external guests will open a new thread
  • Show an indicator during setup confirming whether the connected channel is shared or internal
  • Simplify the workspace menu, or hide it until the basic setup is finished
