Any misuse, such as repeated refund requests or altered receipts, may prevent you from reaching or holding a tier.
The qualifying criteria and the rewards attached to each tier may change following an internal review.
Tiers are based on the total Shards purchased across the three months before each renewal (counting only Shards acquired by purchase) and refresh at sign-in after the 2nd of each month.
Shards refunded after purchase are removed from your running total.
