Holding A Single Frame

By now you have spent three sittings in front of pictures you did not choose, which is the whole point of the exercise. This lesson asks for something narrower: one frame, twelve minutes, no reading of the wall label until the very end. Keep a pencil nearby and write down only what you can point to, not what you already know about the painter or the period.
