Save yourself the trouble and ring someone else. Quoted me one figure over the phone then handed me an invoice for nearly double once the ladder was up. Half the brackets they fitted were the wrong size and two came loose in the first storm. Rang back and was told the crew had left, nothing on file, so I am paying a second firm to redo…
