I mill most of my flour the morning I bake it, so the loaves you get on Friday were grain on Thursday night. I keep the list short on purpose: two sourdoughs, a seeded rye, and whatever fruit is worth putting in a bun that week.
Pickup is from the side door on Larkspur; delivery runs the north half of town before nine.
