Lead time

Orders close on the last working day of the month and leave the studio twelve days later. Anything glazed to order adds a week to that.

Packing

Every piece travels in moulded pulp trays, not foam, so the cartons can go straight into your own recycling stream once you have unpacked them.

Breakages

Photograph the carton before you unpack it. Anything that arrives cracked is replaced on the next run at no charge, no return needed.
