My balayage ran nearly three hours past the slot I booked and the tone had already gone brassy after two washes. I have a wedding on Saturday and would rather not turn up like this. Could I be rebooked with a different colourist this week? The stylist who did my cut in September was excellent.
Hi Priya, that is not the standard we hold ourselves to and I am sorry it went that way. Brassiness at two washes usually means the toner was lifted too early, and we would gladly have had you back in the same week to put it right. I can see a gloss already booked for Thursday afternoon, though a gloss on its own will not carry a full correction. I have asked Rosalind, who leads our colour team, to call you today and walk through what a proper fix would take and what it would cost you, which is nothing.
Booked a same-day slot at nine in the morning and was in the chair by half twelve, which I did not expect. The cut is the best I have had in years and the price was a good bit under what I was paying near the station. Only note is that the waiting area gets loud when both chairs run at once, so bring something to read.
