Holds heat far longer than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up two of these for the studio and they have quietly become the mugs everyone reaches for first. The walls are thick enough that coffee is still properly hot at the twenty-five minute mark, which is not something I expected at this price. The glaze has not crazed after about forty runs through the dishwasher and the unglazed foot has not scratched the countertop. The handle sits a touch low for larger hands, but the balance is good and they stack without knocking. Ordered the ash colourway and it matches the listing photos closely.
