I'll go first. My name is Noor, and I look after community and learning here at Millpond. I'm based in Porto, and I've spent the last decade somewhere between support, education and product. I care a lot about the unglamorous craft of writing to people well — the timing, the tone, the restraint, and the moment you quietly decide not to send anything at all.
Outside of work I'm slowly restoring a very stubborn bicycle, reading more poetry than is strictly reasonable, and trying to keep a sourdough starter alive.
