Build an invoice triage workflow from an intake form. When someone submits an invoice file (PDF or image) together with their email address, use Orrery m2 to pull out the supplier, the invoice date and the total. Then check that the date parses, the currency is one we support, and the total is greater than zero. If any check fails, email the sender a short message naming the exact check that failed — keep the wording plain, no stack traces. If everything passes, write the structured result to the ledger sheet, one row per invoice, and notify the finance group once a day at 18:00 rather than on every single submission. Anything over £5,000 should also be flagged for a second approval before it is written, and the run should stop with a clear error if the ledger sheet is missing a column.
