Read every file this change set touches. Walk the diff one file at a time and write a short report that covers:

1. Touched files: name each edited file and what it is there for
2. Notable edits: describe the changes that matter and what they affect
3. Edit class: label it as feature, fix, cleanup, docs, test or config
4. Risk notes: flag anything that could break callers, data or builds
5. Wrap-up: two or three sentences on the shape of the whole change

Keep it plain and precise. Name what moved, and say why a reviewer should care.
