The process

How Firnley works

Firnley compresses whole-body diagnostics into one morning, turns the readings into a plain-language picture of your risk, and keeps a clinician alongside you afterward.

1.Complete your baseline workup

This is not a yearly check-up. It is the most thorough evaluation we know how to run, with 42 advanced diagnostics completed in one morning at a single site.

2.Walk through your results

Our physicians turn the raw readings into a written risk map, then sit with you for an hour to go through it, usually about three weeks after your visit.

3.Act on your plan

Your plan carries on from home: quarterly re-testing plus guidance on training, food and sleep, adjusted each time to what the numbers actually show.
