Frequently asked questions

What does a drop actually look like?
Your lift holds a steady hover near 280 ft while the delivery pod winches down into the yard. It steers itself clear of trees and wires, sets the parcel on the spot you marked, and climbs away.
How much fits in one lift?
A single pod carries up to 8.4 lb — about two paper bags of groceries, or a full pharmacy order with room to spare. Larger baskets split across two lifts at no extra charge.
How does a lift find my yard?
You draw a landing spot once, on a satellite view inside the app. Every route after that is planned around it, and you can move the marker any time before the pod begins its descent.
Is there a camera on board?
No. Our aircraft navigate with radio, satellite positioning and downward acoustic sensing. Nothing on the airframe records images, and no imagery of your property is ever stored.
What powers the aircraft?
Swappable battery packs, charged at the pad from a rooftop array. A round trip of nine miles uses roughly the energy of boiling three kettles, and the packs are recycled at end of life.
Is air delivery genuinely safe?
Every airframe carries duplicate flight computers, duplicate power and a parachute recovery system, and each route is watched live by a crew on the ground. We publish our incident record every quarter.
