Guidelines
Only recommend it where it fits
Point Hyphal at people who would genuinely use it. Self-referrals do not count towards commission.
No bidding on our name
Paid search against our brand terms is out of bounds. Organic recommendations only, please.
No resale or automation
Unauthorised resellers, automated sign-ups and previously removed accounts are not eligible.
Grove and Canopy are excluded
Commission does not apply to accounts on our Grove or Canopy contracts.
We can end a partnership
We reserve the right to close a partner account when these guidelines are not being followed.
