Come dig in with us

Sinterline makes research tools that help small teams find, understand, and reach the accounts worth their time. We're engineers, designers, and operators — plus a few potters, trail runners, and choir singers.

Our values

What we hold to

Care and curiosity run deep here. We're set on drawing out the best in one another and shipping software people can actually put weight on.

Read our operating principles

Leave it better

Improve one small thing every day. Work out what matters most, then give it the whole of your attention.

Company benefits

Benefits that let you do the best work of your life

We think hard about what software does at a global scale, and just as hard about what one person can do when they have the right tools and enough room to use them.

See job openings

Competitive pay and a clear ladder

Your scope, your responsibilities, and your compensation grow as the company does — on a published band, not a hunch.

Health cover

Fully funded medical, dental, and vision for everyone based in Porto. Remote plans are matched country by country.

Visa and relocation support

It's a slow, paperwork-heavy road. We walk it with you and pay for the parts that can be paid for.

Flexible hours and real time off

Rest is part of the work. We expect everyone to take their weeks, and managers go first.

Socials and the yearly offsite

We like each other's company — Thursday listening rooms, team lunches, five-a-side. Once a year everyone meets somewhere green.

Whatever gear you need

Order the desk, the chair, and the machine that make the work enjoyable. Lunch and dinner are on us in the studio.

In-person when it counts

We love the energy of a room together, and we protect the quiet days at home just as carefully.

Parental and family support

Fertility and IVF cover, egg freezing, and 18 weeks of fully paid leave for every new parent on the team.

Our team

Meet the teams

Our crew comes from Portugal, Slovenia, Brazil, the UK, Kenya, Vietnam, Canada, and further out again.

Engineering

Build the Sinterline of two years from now. Push on what live data and models can do so customers can automate the research they hate doing by hand.

Marketing

Tell the story. Position the company, build the argument for research engineering, run the campaigns, and make sure every release lands clearly.

Pipeline (Internal)

Use Sinterline to grow Sinterline. Build the automated systems that help our own sellers find the right accounts and close them faster.

Pipeline (Sales)

Sell to research engineers by being one. Show people how to solve their hardest growth problems in the product, from sourcing through enrichment to activation.

Brand

Make sure our character shows up everywhere — the site, the docs, the stickers, the room we rent for the offsite.

People

Build a team and a culture people stay for. Recruiting, onboarding, development, and everything that makes this a good place to spend working years.

Customer experience

Help customers get somewhere. Answer the hard questions, fix what's broken, gather the feedback, and make sure every account hits what it came for.

Product design

Design the surfaces that make complex data work feel legible, and help hundreds of thousands of people build campaigns they're proud of.

Life at Sinterline

We care about each other as much as the things we make. We can't wait to work with you

Craft, an eye for detail, and genuine enjoyment of the process count for as much here as any line on a résumé.

How our hiring process actually runs

We'd like to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us too. Here's what most candidates can expect. Some roles add a step, drop one, or run them in a different order.

1

Intro call

A first conversation with a recruiter or the hiring manager. We'll walk through the role and the team, then dig into your experience and what you're looking for next.

2

Take-home or follow-up call

This step is about seeing the work. We tailor it to the skills the role actually leans on, and it should give you a real sense of the day-to-day before you commit to anything.

3

Onsite loop

Three to five conversations with the team you'd be joining plus a couple of partners from other functions. A mix of behavioural and technical. We send you the plan in advance so nothing lands as a surprise.

4

Founders conversation

A chance to meet the founders, hear where the company is heading over the next few years, and ask the questions you've been saving up. Bring the awkward ones.

5

References

Once the loop is finished you'll share a few references so we can hear about your past work — and learn how to support you well once you're on the team.
