Start with the customer, with Marit
Understand the problem before you reach for a fix. Earn trust by being honest about what we do not know yet. Watch the market, but stay obsessed with the people using the product.

We turn scattered customer signals into something a team can act on. The work is unglamorous and the questions are hard, which is exactly why we like it — every answer we find moves a product team one step closer to building the right thing.
These five are not posters on a wall. They decide what we ship, who we hire, and how we argue. If they sound like the way you already work, you will probably do your best work here.

A half-shipped feature helps nobody. Sweat the last ten percent: the empty states, the error copy, the handoff notes. Quality is the part customers actually remember.
Most decisions are cheap to undo, so make them quickly. Save the long debate for the ones that are not. Say what you committed to, then say it early when the date slips.
Be plain about your reasoning and relaxed about being wrong. Assume the person disagreeing has context you are missing. Give credit loudly and take blame quietly.

We think good work needs a life around it. Everyone here gets real cover for their health, time off nobody counts twice, room to give something back, and a genuine stake in what we build.
On top of a competitive base, everyone gets options, so the upside of the long game is shared rather than announced.
Studios built for focus, plus the flexibility to shape a week around school runs, training blocks or a quiet morning.
Ringers, our internal clubs, cover everything from bouldering to bread. Two full-team gatherings a year, travel paid.
$2,600 a year for courses, conferences, coaching or the certification you have been putting off since 2023.
Five weeks accrued, public holidays on top, plus nine floating days for the things a calendar cannot predict.
Work from any country we can legally pay you in for up to four weeks a year. Coastline optional, decent wifi not.
Twenty-two weeks fully paid for every new parent, however the child arrives, with a phased return on the far side.
Four years is a long stretch in this industry. Reach it and take four paid weeks to do something that is not this.
A look inside Ring In week, the four days each year when everyone downs tools and builds something unreasonable.
Our process is short on trick questions and long on real work. We want to see how you think, what you care about, and whether the problems we are chasing are the ones you want to chase. Four conversations, roughly three weeks end to end.
Learn moreThe principles conversation is about you rather than your resume, and about how you weigh the five things listed further up this page. Expect specifics, and bring your own questions.
You did not land on this page by accident. Tell us what you are good at and we will work out together whether one of these is the right fit.
