Careers
Build the tools that fire the work.

We are studio people.
We arrive from kiln floors, chemistry benches and firmware teams, and we work as one crew so that a firing behaves the same on a Tuesday in Porto as it does on a Friday in Seoul. If that sounds like your kind of problem, here is a closer look at us and the roles we are hiring for.
Perks and Benefits
We look after the people who look after the kilns, with a package that travels with you wherever in the world you happen to work from.
Four-day summer weeks
Twice-yearly studio gatherings
Twenty weeks paid parental leave
Work from any timezone
Transparent pay bands and equity
Health cover and pension
Thirty days off plus sick leave
Paid desk or studio space
And more
Interview Process
We run every candidate through the same five steps so that the decision rests on the work rather than on who happened to be in the room that day.
1 Intro call
Thirty minutes with someone from the hiring team. We walk through what you have built, what you want to build next, and how the role is actually scoped — so nobody spends a fortnight finding out it was never a fit.
2 Practical exercise
A scoped problem drawn from real work, timeboxed to three hours and paid. You keep whatever you make.
3 Meet your lead
An hour with the person you would report to, on how the team plans, ships and disagrees.
4 Meet the crew
Two shorter conversations with people outside your function, plus time for your own questions.
5 Offer and start date
A written offer with the band, the equity and the reasoning behind both, usually inside three working days.
