Our mission

Give every legal team a clearer view of the record.

Getting there depends on who we bring in. We look for people who ship quickly, reason carefully, and are hard to satisfy about the details.

Ambition sits above ego here. A title is a description, never a claim. Progress is counted in what shipped, not what got scheduled.

Doing well at Perihelia means staying flexible and saying the awkward thing early. Being fine when the brief arrives half-written. And caring about your craft well past the point most people stop.

We arrive from different fields and disagree productively, but one rule holds: everyone carries weight, nobody drifts.

Our values

A colleague leaning into a problem during a working session

Own the outcome

We take the whole problem, not the assigned slice. Nobody at Perihelia files an issue and calls it handled. When something is stuck, unclear, or technically another team's, the person who noticed it stays with it. That habit is what holds when the calendar turns ugly.

Hold the bar

Adequate is a loss. We keep standards under deadline, rework until the output matches the claim, and press each other to do the same. Feedback lands without theatre, because the strongest argument should win rather than the loudest one. Rigour here is a routine, not a speech.

Build alongside

We build with practitioners, not at them. The teams we serve are exacting, quick, and allergic to hand-waving. So are we. Knowing their deadlines, their exposure, and how they actually work is not an account job — it shapes what everyone here makes. Their wins are the scoreboard.

Our values only mean something in combination. They are how we take the weight and decide quickly. How we keep the standard until the work is genuinely right. How we make sure the people we build for are part of the building — and share in what comes out of it.

How we hire

No surprises and no eight-round gauntlet. Here is the whole path, from application to offer:

Candidates working through a session with the team

01 Apply

Send the form and a CV. A note about why is optional, and we do read them.

02 Intro call

Thirty minutes with someone from People to hear what you want next and answer whatever we can.

03 Craft interview

A closer look at how you think, what you have shipped, and how you handle a problem with pieces missing.

04 Work session

A short brief tied to the role, then a 60 minute walkthrough and discussion with the people you would sit beside.

05 Closing conversation

A last conversation with Ivo (our chief executive) or your prospective department head, to check the fit runs both ways.

The sessions I remember — the ones where something actually broke open — all happened with everybody in one room. We stayed an in-office company because that is where the work gets sharper.
