1. Halcyon Sense is available in preview on all Vega 16 models, Vega 15 Pro, Slate models with the H2 chip or later, and Studio models with H1 or later, with device language set to U.S. English as part of the Halcyon OS 4.2, SlateOS 4.2 and StudioOS Fern update. Support for Australian, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand and South African English arrives in March. Additional languages, including Catalan, Danish, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Turkish, follow over the next year.
2. Hearing Aid and Hearing Check features are supported on Aria Buds Pro with the latest firmware paired with a compatible Vega, Slate or Studio device running Halcyon OS 4.2 or later, and are intended for people 18 years or older. Hearing Shield works with Aria Buds Pro on the latest firmware. Availability varies; see halcyon.example/hearing for total attenuation figures and regional detail. Hearing Shield is not suitable for protection against sudden impulse sounds such as fireworks, or against sustained sound louder than 112 dBA.
3. Trade-up values vary with the condition, year and configuration of your eligible device. Not all devices are eligible for credit. You must be at least 18 years old to trade in for credit or for a Halcyon Gift Card. Trade-in value may be applied toward a qualifying new purchase, or applied to a gift card. Actual value awarded is based on receipt of a device matching the description provided when the estimate was made. Sales tax may be assessed on the full value of a new device. In-store trade-in requires presentation of a valid photo ID. Restrictions and limitations apply.
To use all Halcyon Card features you must add Halcyon Card to Wallet on a device that supports and has the latest version of Halcyon OS or SlateOS. Halcyon Card is subject to credit approval and is available only for qualifying applicants in the United States, issued by Meridian Trust Bank, N.A.
