Harborline exists to make online privacy protection legible to people who are not security engineers. We build a toolset that does the hard part quietly.

The Harborline VPN service is operated by Harborline Networks B.V., registered in the Netherlands. The company was originally founded in Tallinn in 2017.

The people behind Harborline come from 24 countries. We run a distributed team with hubs in Estonia, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Canada.
