I use wren.co and it’s been doing wonders. It pulls in email, calendar and even text messages, and has notes built in. For all those times you’re thinking “I swear I know someone in that space.”

Wren is an unusually thoughtful and well-made product. I’d been hunting for a personal CRM for years before I found it. It’s just too good.
My favourite part is the Review dashboard that curates (re)connection prompts and keeps me on top of my network. 10/10.

As a long-time note-taking obsessive, running into Wren removed the need for anything else. It offers an extremely simple, minimal and friendly interface. I can now trigger my notes straight from any application on my machine, which turns thoughts into writing with almost no friction.
On top of that, the assisted-recall feature means I can steer my notes in any direction I want, and get help discovering the relationships between them afterwards. The experience is genuinely surprising, and in my view I no longer need anything else.

I love that Wren works as a fast memory refresher. For any person in my contacts, in any communication system I’ve ever used, Wren will tell me how many times I’ve spoken with them, over what period, in what formats — and then show me those exchanges. Useful right before a meeting, or when a name looks familiar and I can’t remember how I know them.
Their support is outstanding too. Responsive, careful and genuinely helpful. Riri was the last person who helped me, and I suspect she’s representative of the whole team.

The experience, the overall sentiment and the interface design in Wren are world class. It’s an excellent relationship manager: consolidate contacts, take notes and remember when to reach out. Plenty of useful details too, like reminders, search and contact updates.
An awesome platform with a lot of headroom. I recommend giving it a try.

Low-key the most excited I’ve been about @WrenHQ, since I’ve long practised deliberate networking — a philosophy no CRM tool has ever reflected until now. Relationship management is a delicate art and Wren seems to get it right. Contacts syncing as I post!
