Bellwether Baseline Panel
Every marker in your yearly baseline is chosen by Bellwether's clinical science group, so a single draw tells the fullest story your blood can tell.
What the draw covers
Every test folded into your yearly membership
Aging Signals
Cellular Age estimates how your body is wearing relative to people born the same year. We read a cluster of blood markers with long-observed ties to aging through an open, peer-reviewed clock built by the Rennick Aging Group.
Cardiovascular
An enzyme stored in muscle tissue. When it shows up in high amounts in blood it usually means muscle fibres have been strained — often simply from hard training in the days before a draw.
Thyroid Function
The courier molecule that tells your thyroid how hard to work. Readings at either end of the range hint at a gland running slow or running hot.
Immune Balance
The most numerous white blood cell and the first crew on scene when bacteria get in or tissue is torn.
Endocrine Panel
The full circulating amount of the hormone behind muscle upkeep, bone density, drive and reproductive function in every body.
Metabolic Function
Left behind when the body breaks down purines in food. When it builds up it can crystallise in joints or tax the kidneys.
Micronutrients
Needed to build red blood cells, keep nerve signalling clean, and copy DNA correctly during cell division.
Liver Function
An enzyme that reflects how the liver and bile ducts are coping. It climbs early when either is under load, which makes it a useful first flag.
Kidney Function
Measures the nitrogen waste left in blood after protein is broken down, which shows how efficiently your kidneys are clearing it.
Heavy Metals & Electrolytes
Essential for bone strength, muscle contraction and nerve signalling, and tightly regulated by the body at all times.
Inflammation
An amino acid that piles up when B-vitamin pathways stall. Sustained high readings are linked to strain on blood vessel walls.
Blood Count
Shows how much iron your blood is able to carry at once — the practical ceiling on delivering oxygen to working tissue.
*Please note: FSH, LH, progesterone, prolactin, reverse T3 and mercury are not yet drawn for Bellwether members living in Rhode Island.

Bellwether is built for prevention-led testing and follow-through. It is not designed for urgent or emergency care.
You will have a Bellwether care team, and the yearly membership is meant to sit alongside a primary care doctor rather than take their place.
We are glad to pass results on to any outside clinician you work with so nothing about your care gets fragmented.
