Why Harlow?

Rewrite the rules of brand work

We are building the tools that change how brands sound. Join a team where a single idea can reach production in a week, and where nobody has to ask permission to try something new. Hear it from the people already doing it:

Working inside a model-first engineering team has changed how we ship. We prototype against real language data on day one, so the ideas that survive are the ones that already work in a customer’s hands — not the ones that argued best in a doc.

Director of Engineering, Platform

Being this close to the research means every week brings something we have not solved before. The work hinges on people telling each other the truth early, and this is the first team I have been on where that is simply how the day runs.

Staff Product Designer

I joined to write copy and stayed because the tools we build changed what I can write. Nine months in I am shipping brand systems that used to take a full agency quarter, and I still finish before dinner most days.

Harlow’s remote-first commitment

Remote-first here means our team lives where they actually want to live, and the company adapts to that. With people spread across Portugal, Canada and Japan, flexibility is not a perk line — it is the thing that makes the work possible at all.

We work apart, then gather on purpose. Four times a year we put the whole company in one room to close out a season, argue about strategy, and remember who we are doing this with.

Harlow’s model-first culture

Help turn the impossible into the obvious

You will work in a team that treats experimentation as the job, not the overhead. We use our own models to get at hard problems early, then spend the saved time on the parts only people can do.

The perks of joining Harlow

You know best how you work. Our programs bend around your life instead of the other way around, and every benefit here exists because somebody on the team asked for it.

CareFund

Health is not one-size-fits-all, so we do not pretend it is. Every year you get a CareFund wallet to spend on whatever actually keeps you well — therapy, a bike, childcare, or a very good mattress.

OpenTime

Uncapped time off plus an annual OpenTime grant, because a holiday you cannot afford to take is not a holiday. Managers take theirs first so nobody has to guess whether it is allowed.

Retirement match

A 4.5% employer match with no vesting cliff, in every country where we can legally offer one. It is the least interesting benefit on this page and probably the most valuable.

Family support

18 weeks of fully paid leave, a leave concierge who handles the paperwork, and a phased return that you design. Fertility and adoption support are covered with no separate rider.

Craft stipend

A yearly stipend you point at your own development — a course, a conference, a certification, or six months with a coach who is better than you at the thing you want to be good at.

Our core values

Culture is something we build on purpose, not something we inherit. These five lines decide how we hire, how we give feedback, and what we do on the days when the work is hard.

Always start with the customer

Always pass the ball

Always stay resourceful

Always own the outcome

Always make it sing

Our leadership team

Leading the way to better brand work

Our leadership team has spent decades scaling companies that did not exist before they got there. They bring hard-won range in building category-defining products and the global teams that carry them.
