Walking up to your bike is the whole interaction. Touch Unlock wakes the frame as soon as your phone is in range, so the lock is already open by the time you reach for the bars.
See exactly how the city treats you. Distance, average speed, elevation and battery draw are logged for each trip, then rolled into a weekly picture you can compare with riders on the same routes.
Every setting is there to make the bike feel like yours: assistance curve, shift points, bell tone, backup unlock code, auto wake and the brightness of the lights after dusk.
Lend the ride without lending a key. Add someone by email and the bike appears in their app — they don’t need to be nearby, and you don’t need to be there to hand anything over.
The Halden app is part of the bike and always free. If you want recovery, alerts and deeper trip data, Motion is the subscription that adds them.
