Are gift cards physical or digital?
Both. Cards bought on marlow.com can be sent as eGift cards by text or email, or ordered as a printed card posted to any address we deliver to.
Where can I buy a printed gift card?
Order one here and we post it, or pick one up from the 3,400-odd bookshops, grocers and stationers that carry Marlow cards.
Do gift cards expire?
No. The balance stays on the account until it is spent, and we never charge a dormancy or maintenance fee against it.
Where are gift cards available?
Cards can be bought in 34 countries and spent on any Marlow stay worldwide, as long as the booking is paid in the card's own currency.
Can I send a card to someone in another country?
Yes for eGift cards, as long as the recipient's account is set to the same currency as the card. Printed cards ship domestically only.
How do I check a gift card balance?
Once redeemed, the remaining credit shows under Payments in your account, and again at checkout before you confirm a booking.
Which payment methods does Marlow accept?
Major debit and credit cards, bank transfer in most markets, and the usual mobile wallets. Gift card credit can be combined with any of them.
