Talent density above all
Our best product isn't the software we ship, it's the team we assemble. Get the team right and everything else follows. Every Vestran is expected to develop an eye for exceptional people.
Sooner beats later
We move faster by doing less, looking for the fifth of the work that carries most of the value. We argue with process in favour of clear, quick decisions.
Curiosity over correctness
Nobody here holds the whole answer. We treat feedback as a gift, care personally and challenge directly — usually inside the same sentence.
Care more than is reasonable
We care about the company we're building, the products we're shipping and the people beside us. Not a little more than average. More than most would think sensible.
Keep the joy in it
