Chopmark Digital Assets Terms and Conditions

Digital assets are not securities, and the digital asset market is not supervised the way public exchanges are. Balances held in digital assets are also not protected against losses that result from a decline in market value. Additionally, Chopmark's digital asset services are not offered to residents of Marleigh County. Note that selling and receiving digital assets may have tax implications. We will show the cost basis for activity that starts inside Chopmark, such as buying, selling, and sending, but not for incoming external transfers.

By selecting Accept and Continue, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Electronic Notices Agreement, which provides that Chopmark is an online service and that you will receive all account notices and information electronically via your primary email address. You have also read and agree to the Chopmark Digital Assets Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.
