Ridgevine Sparkling Variety Bundle – 3 Pack
Few things open an evening like a cold glass of sparkling wine. These bottles are not reserved for December — the orchard fruit and quick acidity in each one carry a whole dinner, from the first plate to the last. We picked the three to sit happily beside a weeknight roast or a long table of small dishes.
The Ridgevine Brut is a light sparkling wine made in the traditional bottle-fermented method. Expect taut fruit: green apple, quince and a little Asian pear.
The Ridgevine Brut Reserve spends longer on the lees and shows it. Toasted brioche rounds out appetizers, while the acidity keeps anything salty from going flat.
The Ridgevine Reserve Brut Rosé is dry and pale pink. A share of Pinot Noir from the cooler hillside blocks brings quiet red fruit — sour cherry, wild strawberry.
This bundle includes 3 bottles of wine — one each of Ridgevine Brut, Ridgevine Brut Reserve, and Ridgevine Reserve Brut Rosé.
