## Role overview A Senior Reliability Engineer who keeps our grid-monitoring platform online through storm season. You will own the error budget for six regional services, run the on-call rotation with two other engineers, and turn incident findings into work the platform team actually ships. ## What we're looking for - Six or more years running production systems on Kubernetes - Fluency in Go or Rust, plus enough Python to be dangerous in a postmortem - Experience defining SLOs for services with hard uptime commitments - Calm, specific writing — our incident reviews are read by customers ## What you'll be doing - Lead blameless reviews for Sev-1 and Sev-2 incidents - Rebuild our alerting so pages map to symptoms, not to CPU graphs - Partner with the data team on failover drills each quarter - Mentor two engineers moving into on-call for the first time
