Better records, warmer service

Your guests, your relationships — sharpened. Reach the numbers and the context you need to build guest relationships worth keeping, privacy preferences included.

Wider access to guest records

Our latest policy update hands you fuller access to guest records, opt-in email addresses among them, so you can run the room the way you mean to. Complete a guest profile, reach the people who asked to hear from you, and market to them within the consent they gave — all inside applicable data and privacy law.

Find out what your floor already knows

Records that are easy to reach — in the shapes you actually work in

  • Exportable reports on guests, reservations and floor performance that go as fine-grained or as wide-angle as you need
  • Integrations and a documented API keep the data moving between the systems you already verified

  • Card masking and tokenised vaulting keep payment details out of reach, including ours

FAQs

Who owns the guest records in Larkspur?

You do. Records created by bookings at your restaurant belong to your restaurant, and you can export them in full at any point, including after you stop using Larkspur.

Do restaurants get full access to records booked through Larkspur?

Yes, with one limit: contact details are shared only where the guest opted in. Everything else — visit history, notes, seating and dietary preferences, spend patterns — is available to you from the first cover.

How does Larkspur use restaurant data?

We use it to run the product you pay for and to build de-identified neighbourhood benchmarks. We do not sell restaurant data, and individual restaurant figures are never shown to another operator.
