Everything good still begins at a shared table. Since 2004 we have built Cardamom around that one idea — helping independent kitchens fill their rooms, and helping guests find the table that fits the night they had in mind. What we make sits between those two sides, and it only works when both of them do well.
Today our teams work across four continents, and the questions we get asked have grown with us: how a 22-seat dining room forecasts a Tuesday, how a group of six splits a bill without anyone reaching for a calculator, how a first-time guest becomes a regular.
