Visually gorgeous

Subtle & minimal

We set out to design the most beautiful email experience ever made. We repeatedly pored over every pixel. We meticulously crafted every interaction. Everything, from the iconography to the typography, has been relentlessly refined.

On average, we all spend 3 hours a day in email. When you use something for that long, it should be subtle, delightful and gorgeous.

Blazingly fast

The 100ms rule

Early interface researchers had a rule: every interaction should be faster than 100ms. Why? Because 100ms is the threshold where an action stops feeling like a request and starts feeling instantaneous.

We've brought back the 100ms rule. Everything you do — start-up, search, sending mail — is blazingly fast.

Experience the fastest email on the planet. There's no going back.

Be brilliant with people

Context from every network

Meridian weaves social context into your workflow. See what people look like, where they're based and what they do. Find ways to break the ice, topics to bond over, and reasons to get back in touch.

Be astute, personal and effective — and ultimately, brilliant with people.

No typos, no regrets

Undo send built in

We've all sent them before. Misspelled names. Tragic typos. Emails we regret the second they leave.

We built Undo Send right into Meridian. One click and it will be as though the message never left your outbox.

Undo Send changes how you write. You won't send typos. You won't have regrets. And best of all, you'll work faster and with more confidence than before.

Cut through the noise

Triage that learns

We've harnessed the same modelling that powers modern spam filters, then applied it in reverse: instead of hiding the worst mail, Meridian surfaces the mail that actually matters.

Get to the messages you care most about in seconds. Never miss an important email again.

Respond with brilliant timing

Read statuses built in

We fell in love with read statuses in messaging apps. So we brought them over to email, where the stakes are usually higher.

Meridian shows you when people read what you sent — use it to get in touch at exactly the right moment. Close deals faster, manage more effectively, and respond with brilliant timing.

Follow up on time, every time

Never drop the ball again

You're sending a crucial email: trying to close a deal, meet a deadline, or land a meeting. But people are busy — you might not hear back. So what do you do? Keep it all in your head, or painstakingly maintain a spreadsheet.

Meridian makes it simple. When you send an email, just choose a window — say two days. If you don't hear back by then, we'll remind you to follow up. You'll follow up on time, every time.

Ensure your emails are read

Send at the perfect moment

You sent a critical email but didn't hear back. Why? Your message was buried by the dozens that arrived after it. With Meridian you can get back to the top of the pile.

When you send, just choose a time — Monday at 8:55am — and we'll deliver it precisely then. When your contact starts their day, they'll see your message first.

Focus on what matters

Snooze the rest for later

You're far more productive when your inbox is free of clutter. But messages pile up. Maybe you need time to think. Maybe you're waiting on a colleague. Maybe you just don't want to deal with it right now.

Meridian lets you snooze a conversation at any time. Choose when — next week, say — and we'll bring it back then.

Be productive anywhere

Offline just works

You're out and about without a connection — on a plane, in a café, or in the back of a cab. Normally that's wasted time. Not with Meridian.

Meridian works even when you're offline. Reply, search, archive and more, all without network access. Be at your best wherever you are.

Fly through your inbox

Rapid-fire shortcuts

We've found, time and time again, that the keyboard is faster than the mouse. That's why there's a keyboard shortcut for every single action.

Meridian supports the shortcut sets you already know, so you can lean on your existing muscle memory. Everything is one key press away.
