Contact supportPilcrow has two kinds of plan: account plans and site plans. Account plans (Solo and Studio) get you the workspace, the dashboard, and the builder. Site plans put a project on the open web with your own domain. New accounts land on the free Solo plan.
Find your planEvery hosted project runs on infrastructure sized for millions of daily page views and answers in well under 100ms. Patching, uptime, and scaling are ours to worry about, which is the point of paying someone else for hosting.
Pilcrow hostingAny site plan lets you attach a domain you already own, verify it from the dashboard, and push the project live in a single click. DNS records are generated for you.
Custom domainsYes — free, with no clock on it. You only pay when you want to unlock the advanced features or put a project on your own domain. No card is needed to start, and there is no trial to run out.
Sign up freeSite search, form handling, and spam protection all run on our side, so an exported build will need somewhere else to send that data — either your own endpoint or an embedded widget. Store elements do not survive the export either.
Code exportWhat you can do depends on the account plan you hold and how many project slots are left on it. Duplicating, handing a project to another workspace, and deleting one for good are each a few steps, written out in the Academy lesson.
