specifically acknowledge and agree that:

1. You may install and use one copy of the App on up to five (5) Skyglass-enabled devices that are affiliated with, or that you control as part of, a single household. Where a device is shared beyond that household, we reserve the right to apply additional conditions or charge additional fees.

2. You acknowledge that Vantree Systems, your phone manufacturer and your network operator have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
