Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If any court decides that one of them is unlawful, the rest will remain in full force. If we are slow to act, or do not act at all, when you have broken this agreement, that will not mean you are released from the obligations you owe us, and it will not prevent us from acting on the same matter at a later date.
Which laws govern this agreement and where you may bring legal proceedings
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and proceedings relating to the products may be brought in the English courts.
