Attune’s registered office, meaning Berlin, on the condition that you are a merchant, a legal body governed by public law or a special asset under public law, or that you hold no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or any other EU member state, or have moved your (residential) address to a country outside the European Union, all of it subject to the validity of these General Terms and Conditions.
