We are a small workflow tooling studio rebuilding how distributed teams plan, review and hand off the work they care about — fewer status meetings, more finished projects. Our collaboration workspace gives a team one place to talk through a decision, share the files behind it, assign what happens next, and watch progress land in real time.

Around 340 teams run their weekly planning on Hazelmoor today, from four-person design studios to a 90-person logistics operator in Rotterdam. The handbook you are reading is the same one we onboard every new hire with.
