Take a silhouette that has not changed since 1987, hand it to a printer, and see what survives. The Aeron 900 is the answer — a full 3D-printed reading of the shape that started all of this. Nostalgia? Only the outline.

The build is soft and quick to rebound, pairing a utilitarian shell with plush underfoot support. Ribbed patterning across the upper echoes the original mudguard, adding depth you can read at arm's length and feel under a thumb. Going laceless keeps it a two-second shoe.

It is closer to a wearable sculpture than a sneaker, and it is meant to be worn out. Look back, step forward, keep moving. The Aeron 900 is the first of six drops this year — imagine where the rest of them take you.

How does it work?

How does it feel to wear a printed shoe?
Closer to a thick sock than a traditional trainer. The lattice under your heel is tuned zone by zone, so it gives where you land and stiffens where you push off. There is no break-in period and no seams to rub, and because the pair is printed to your own scan the fit stays consistent from the first wear to the four-hundredth.
How do I scan my feet?
With the phone you already own. Our scan takes about ninety seconds per foot and produces a millimetre-accurate model we keep on file for every future order.
What material are your shoes made from?
A single recyclable thermoplastic elastomer we call vantreFOAM. One material means one waste stream — send the pair back and it becomes feedstock again.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Thirty days on standard sizes. Scan-fitted pairs are re-printed rather than returned, at no cost, until the fit is right.
Where do you ship and deliver to?
Forty-one countries from the Rotterdam plant and eleven more from our Austin line. Duties are calculated at checkout, never on your doorstep.
How can I launch my own footwear?
Upload a model, pick a foam profile, and set your price. We print, pack, and ship each order; you keep the margin and the customer relationship.
Can I create samples to test my product?
Yes. Sample pairs print in about eleven days and are billed at cost, with no minimum order and no tooling fee.
